RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking if within 30 days. The price charged will include taxes and resort.

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 15% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. The front desk is staffed during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 5PM

Friday - Sunday: 9AM - 7PM 

 

Pet Policy: NorthBay at Lake Arrowhead has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 3 days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3 days notice.
